The Israeli soprano Hila Fahima is among the most captivating voices of her generation. With her radiant stage presence, exceptional ease, and impressive precision, she has earned international acclaim. Her versatility and technical brilliance enthrall audiences and critics alike – on the great opera and concert stages of Europe and beyond.
To celebrate Hermann Nitsch’s birthday, Hila Fahima will be joined on stage by Sophie & Ania Druml on August 29, 2026. The sisters are among the most outstanding musicians of their generation and have been described by the Kleine Zeitung newspaper as “shooting stars of the Austrian music scene.” They perform with the utmost virtuosity, sensitivity, and musical depth on piano, violin, and cello. In addition to their international solo careers, they have been performing together regularly since 2020, creating truly memorable musical experiences.
At the Nitsch Museum, Hila Fahima and Sophie & Ania Druml will perform selected works by Richard Wagner, Gustav Mahler, George Frideric Handel, Franz Liszt, and Gaetano Donizetti. An extraordinary concert evening that unites musical passion, expressiveness, and intensity – entirely in the spirit of Hermann Nitsch.
