The nitsch museum presents a lecture action, offering participants the opportunity to directly experience and understand the Orgies Mysteries Theatre. Saturday, April 18th at 18:00.
Together with experts and (former) assistants of Hermann Nitsch, the curator of the current exhibition, Julia Moebus-Puck, will guide participants through a structured lecture action that reveals Nitsch’s sensual, ritualistic, and performative thinking.
This educational event offers visitors direct access to the artist’s practice—an invitation not only to observe Nitsch’s concept of the Gesamtkunstwerk (total work of art), but to understand it as a physical and intellectual space for experience. All participants are warmly invited to take part in this lecture action and participate under guidance. This offers a rare opportunity to experience a performance live.
