Nitsch concert with acousmonium
June 8, 2019, 4pm — 10pm
nitsch museum, Mistelbach, AT
The nitsch museum invites you to an extraordinary program: Compositions by Hermann Nitsch will be performed through a acousmonium by Christian Tschinkel and Gilbert Handler.
The acousmonium is an instrument for the interpretation of computer-generated works and for the creation of ephemeral dynamic sound sculptures. The loudspeaker orchestra interprets stored music just as it spatializes improvisations by conceptual artists. Hermann Nitsch was always ahead of his time with his music and is especially looking forward to this extraordinary experiment.
